Comunicado desde mi punto de vista personal.
Estimado Movimiento Feminista – He recibido una factura del Estado de Zurich por
450,00 francos, que debo pagar o iré a la cárcel durante 2 días. Recibí esta multa
porque supuestamente participé en una manifestación (manifestación contra la
„Marcha por la Vida“) en la que defendí el derecho a ser dueña de mi propio cuerpo.
¿Y quién pagará la factura de las injusticias y sufrimientos causados por este sistema
arbitrario, patriarcal y capitalista que me fue impuesto desde mi nacimiento y del
que sufro?
Todo el dinero del mundo no borrará de mi memoria la miseria que he vivido, ni
borrará las innumerables lágrimas que he derramado. A todxs lxs burocratas del
sistema represivo, les digo: voy a haceros sentar y esperar. Esto es lo que pienso. No
participaré en este juego. Habeis enviado la factura a la dirección y a la persona
equivocada. Si quieren arrestarme, que vengan a buscarme!
Vengo de una historia de violencia colonialista, violencia patriarcal y violencia capitalista. Quiero que se me respete y no sólo se me tolere. Me indigna la gente que tiene voz y calla.
Indignada de que la gente no adopte una postura. Espero que se rompa el silencio y la neutralidad del colectivo feminista y que nos posicionemos.
Muchas salen a la calle, pero cuando llega una multa, no miramos colectivamente
más allá. Si pagamos la multa, significa que seguimos el juego del sistema. Debemos
romper esto. Esta es mi opinión, y no quiero negar otras perspectivas. También tengo
claro que no se trata de una lucha individual, sino de una lucha colectiva.
La violencia del Estado está organizada, y por eso debemos organizarnos y alzar la voz contra este sistema arbitrario y patriarcal.
Ni un paso atrás.

Caro Movimento Feminista – Recebi uma conta do Estado de Zurique de 450,00
francos, que devo pagar ou irei para a prisão durante 2 dias. Recebi esta multa
porque alegadamente participei numa manifestação (manifestação contra a „Marcha
pela Vida“) na qual defendi o direito de ser a dona do meu próprio corpo. E quem
pagará a conta das injustiças e sofrimentos causados por este sistema arbitrário,
patriarcal e capitalista que me foi imposto desde o meu nascimento e do qual sofro?
Todo o dinheiro do mundo não apagará da minha memória a miséria pela qual passei,
nem apagará as incontáveis lágrimas que derramei. A todxs es interessadxs, digo:
Far-los-ei sentarem e que esperem. Isto é o que penso. Não participarei neste jogo.
Enviaram a conta ao endereço errado e para a pessoa errada. Se quiserem me
prender, que venham me buscar.
Venho de uma história de violencia colonial, de violencia patriarcal e de violencia
capitalista. Quero ser respeitada e não apenas tolerada. Estou indignada com as
pessoas que têm voz e estão em silêncio.
Estou indignada por as pessoas não tomarem uma posição. Espero que o silêncio e a
neutralidade do colectivo feminista sejam quebrados e que tomemos uma posição.
Muitos vão para as ruas, mas quando chega uma multa, não olhamos colectivamente
para além disso. Se pagarmos a multa, isso significa que jogamos o jogo do sistema.
Temos de quebrar isto. Esta é a minha opinião, e não quero negar outras
perspectivas. É também claro para mim que esta não é uma luta individual, mas uma
luta colectiva.
A violência do Estado está organizada, e é por isso que nos devemos organizar e
levantar a nossa voz contra este sistema patriarcal e arbitrário.
Nem um passo atrás.

Announcement from my personal point of view.
Dear Feminist Movement – I have received a bill from the city of Zurich for 450.00
francs, which I must pay or I will go to jail for 2 days. I received this fine because I
was alleged to have participated in a demonstration (demonstration against the
„March for Life“) in which I defended the right to be the owner of my own body. And
who will pay the bill for the injustices and suffering caused by this arbitrary,
patriarchal, capitalist system that has been imposed on me since birth and from
which I suffer?
All the money in the world will not erase from my memory the misery I went through,
nor erase the countless tears I shed. To all those who are interested, I say: I will
make them sit down and wait. This is what I think. I will not participate in this game.
You sent the bill to the wrong address and to the wrong person. If you want to arrest
me, come and get me.
I come from a history of colonial violence, patriarchal violence, and capitalist
violence. I want to be respected and not just tolerated. I am outraged at the people
who have a voice and are silent.
I’m outraged that people don’t take a stand. I hope that the silence and neutrality of
the feminist collective will be broken and we will take a stand.
Many people go to the streets, but when a fine comes, we don’t collectively handle
it. If we pay the fine, that means we play the system’s game. We have to break this.
This is my opinion, and I don’t want to deny other perspectives. It is also clear to me
that this is not an individual struggle, but a collective struggle.
State violence is organized, and that is why we must organize and raise our voices
against this patriarchal and arbitrary system.
Not a step backwards.

Eine Ankündigung aus meiner persönlichen Sicht.
Liebe Feministische Bewegung – ich habe der Staat Zürich eine Rechnung über 450.00
Franken erhalten, die ich bezahlen muss oder ich werde für 2 Tage ins Gefängnis
gehen. Ich habe diese Busse erhalten, weil ich angeblich an einer Demonstration
(Demonstration gegen den „Marsch für das Leben“) teilgenommen habe, bei der ich
das Recht verteidigt habe, über meinen eigenen Körper zu verfügen. Und wer bezahlt
die Rechnung für die Ungerechtigkeiten und Leiden, die dieses willkürliche,
patriarchalische, kapitalistische System, das mir seit meiner Geburt aufgezwungen
wurde und unter dem ich leide, verursacht?
Alles Geld der Welt wird weder das Elend, das ich durchgemacht habe, noch die
unzähligen Tränen, die ich vergossen habe, aus meinem Gedächtnis löschen. All
jenen, die daran interessiert sind, sage ich: Ich werde sie sitzen und warten lassen.
Das ist nicht meine Rechnung! Ich werde mich an diesem Spiel nicht beteiligen. Sie
haben die Rechnung an die falsche Adresse und an die falsche Person geschickt. Wenn
Sie mich verhaften wollen, kommen Sie und holen Sie mich.
Ich komme aus einer Geschichte kolonialer Gewalt, patriarchaler Gewalt und
kapitalistischer Gewalt. Ich möchte respektiert und nicht nur toleriert werden. Ich
bin empört über die Menschen, die eine Stimme haben und schweigen.
Ich bin empört darüber, dass die Menschen nicht Stellung beziehen. Ich hoffe, dass
das Schweigen und die Neutralität des feministischen Kollektivs gebrochen werden
und wir Stellung beziehen.
Viele Menschen gehen auf die Straße, aber wenn eine Geldstrafe kommt, gehen wir
nicht kollektiv dagegen vor. Wenn wir die Strafe bezahlen, bedeutet das, dass wir
das Spiel des Systems mitspielen. Wir müssen das durchbrechen. Dies ist meine
Meinung, und ich möchte andere Perspektiven nicht in Abrede stellen. Mir ist auch
klar, dass es sich nicht um einen individuellen Kampf handelt, sondern um einen
kollektiven Kampf.
Die staatliche Gewalt ist organisiert, und deshalb müssen wir uns organisieren und
unsere Stimme gegen dieses patriarchalische und willkürliche System erheben.
Kein Schritt zurück.
